Getting started

What is Zenith?

Zenith is a telehealth platform that helps patients and care teams track health data, receive guidance, and communicate securely between appointments.

How do I create an account?

Patients are typically registered by their clinic. Once added, you'll receive login details via email or SMS. If you haven't received them, contact your clinic.

How do I log in?

Select "Login", enter your email and password, and choose "Submit".

I forgot my password — what do I do?

Use "Forgot password" on the login page and follow the reset link sent to your email or SMS.

Can family or carers access my account?

With your consent, your clinic can add a nominated carer with limited access to help track data and view alerts.

Using Zenith

How do I record my health data?

Open "Submit Health Data" to enter symptoms, medications, and vitals (e.g., SpO2, temperature) up to four times a day.

How are alerts generated?

Your care team configures thresholds (e.g., low SpO2, worsening symptoms). When data crosses those thresholds, Zenith flags it for review.

How often should I enter data?

Follow your care plan. Many patients log in the morning and evening, and when symptoms change.

Privacy & security

Is my information secure?

Yes. We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logs, and strict privacy policies. Only authorised staff can view your data.

Who can see my data?

Your clinical care team and any carers you authorise. We never sell personal health data.

How much does it cost to use Zenith?

No direct patient cost. Zenith is provided through your healthcare provider as part of your care plan.

Tech & troubleshooting

Why can't I submit my data?

Check internet connection, complete required fields, then try again. If still stuck, log out/in or contact support.

I'm not receiving notifications — what should I do?

Emergencies & care

Can Zenith help during an emergency?

Zenith isn't a replacement for emergency care. If you have severe breathing problems or another emergency, call 000 immediately.

What should I do if my readings are abnormal?
